Our Link Quality Policy
Every link we build for your agency’s clients is placed on a real website, with real readers, in content that is relevant to the client’s niche. This page explains what we accept, what we refuse, and how we check every domain before it reaches you for approval.
What we never use
- No private blog networks (PBNs). We do not own, rent or buy from networks of sites built only to pass links.
- No link farms or “write for us” spam sites. Sites that publish anything for a fee, on any topic, are rejected.
- No expired-domain rebuilds that rank for unrelated or foreign-language terms. We check registration and archive history for every domain (you can do the same with our domain age tool).
- No hacked, injected or hidden links. Every placement is visible and published by the site’s editor.
- No gambling, adult, essay-mill or crypto-spam neighbourhoods on the pages we use.
Minimum standards for every site

Note: traffic figures are third-party estimates. We use them as one signal among several, never on their own.
Relevance first
A link from a relevant site with modest metrics is worth more than a link from a high-DR site in an unrelated niche. We match domains to your client’s topic and, where possible, to the exact page we are linking to.
Editorial placements only
- Guest posts: a new, original article written for the host site’s readers, with your link placed naturally in the body copy.
- Niche edits: your link is added to an existing, indexed article where it genuinely adds value, usually with a new sentence or short paragraph.
- Anchor text is kept natural and varied to protect your client’s backlink profile.
Our vetting process
- Brief: you share the target URL, niche, anchor preferences and any sites to avoid.
- Prospecting: we shortlist sites that match the niche and pass the minimum standards above.
- Manual review: a team member checks traffic trend, keyword footprint, outbound links, anchor profile and editorial quality.
- Your approval: we send you the list of domains. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Content and placement: we write the content and publish within 48–72 hours of domain approval.
- Report: you receive a white-label report with live URLs, ready to share with your client.
Confidentiality
An NDA is standard for every agency client. We never share your name, your clients’ names or the work we do for you.
12-month replacement guarantee
If a link we place is removed or no-followed within 12 months of going live, we will replace it with a link of equal or higher quality at no extra cost. After 12 months, no replacement guarantee applies.
